For safety of the finished goods & their safe movement for marketing, the use of the corrugated box is ever increasing. Boxes are about the only product not often shipped in boxes. They’re usually shipped in bundles.
They are made in special factories called “Box Plants.” Corrugated boxes are designed to be very strong. They are made of Kraft paper which is corrugated and is different from the stiff paper known as “Cardboard.”
Corrugated Box Plant
A set of machines convert Kraft paper into Corrugated sheets, which are pasted on to plain kraft sheets, cut as required & stitched together to make a box of the required size.

SINGLE FACE PAPER CORRUGATING MACHINE (VERTICAL TYPE)
Flute Rolls the most important feature of the machine are minutely finished and give perfect impression on the board. Manually Operated Twin Shaft Reel Stand with two unwinding shafts are provided with the machine.
The machine is sturdy in construction, simple to operate and easy to handle.
Electric Heaters are provided for perfect lamination of board.
SINGLE FACE PAPER CORRUGATING MACHINE (OBLIQUE TYPE)
New type of paper corrugating machine which considerably increases efficiency and production. Flute Rolls the most important feature of the machine are minutely finished and give perfect impression on the board.
The machine has motorized self loading twin shaft reel stands with two unwinding shafts thereby saving time and ease of operation.
Electric Heaters are provided for perfect lamination of board.
HIGH SPEED ROTARY SHEET CUTTING MACHINE (SHEETER)
Perfectly built & designed to increase production and fine cutting of corrugated board without damaging the flutes of the board as well as plain paper. A perfect alternative to Hand Operated Board Cutting Machine. It is possible to use the machine as an independent unit or it can also be attached with the corrugating line. If required P.I.V Gear Box is provided to ensure accurate cutting of the sheet as per required length and ease of adjustment and operation.
Delivery Conveyor Stand is provided to carry the Sheets.
Board Cutting Machine
This is a hand operated machine to cut the paper or corrugated board. The paper of corrugated roll is mounted on the reel stand & cut into sheets by unwinding. It can also be placed, next to corrugating machine for direct cutting the board into sheets.
It has a heavy duty cast iron frame & the back platform can be provided of the required length. Foot operated pressure clamp can be provided in the machine, front & back guides are provided along with the cutting blades.
SHEET PASTING MACHINE
The machine is exclusively designed and manufactured for pasting of corrugated sheets of different ply. Simple in design, strong in construction, easy to operate and is used for continuous operation.
The rolls of the machine are finished to ensure even impression on the boards after lamination.
Sheet-Pressing-Machine
A strongly built machine mounted on just Two Screws to press Corrugated sheets of different ply.
The pressure on sheets is regularized by spring action which gives an uniform compression to sheets.
A reversible switch is fitted for moving the top plate in upwards.
4-Bar-Rotary-Cutting-Creasing-Machine
This Machine is another contribution to the packaging industry for trimming & creasing the corrugated board simultaneously. The machine is easy to operate & sturdy in construction.
Easy setting is provided for adjusting, creasing & cutting heads on this machine.
The speed is 300 ft per minute & the minimum distance between two dies is 3 inches.
Eccentric Slotter Machine
The Eccentric Slotter Machine is provided with four slotting cutters.
The dies are mounted on an eccentric shaft which causes them to move in an arc so that the board is slotted in a shearing manner.
The dies can be moved and slot depth adjusted easily.
Simple in design, strong in construction, easy to operate and good for continuous operation.
Box Stitching Machine
Box Stitching Machine is suitable for cardboard, corrugated board and uses round or flat wire.
This machine is meant to stitch the corrugated boxes.
The machine is driven by coil spring clutch.
The pulley of the machine runs at the speed of 350 rpm and can stitch a maximum of 350 pins per minute. The machine is fitted with thickness setter to adjust the gap depending on the board thickness.

HEAVY DUTY PLATEN DIE PUNCHING MACHINE
The heavy duty Platen Punching Creasing & Embossing press is manufactured for creasing and punching of cardboard cartons as well as corrugated boxes.
This robust machine is easy to handle, sturdy in construction and can withstand heavy strain in continuous operation.
FLEXOGRAPH PRINTING MACHINE
Flexograph printing machine used for printing on plain Kraft paper – Prints using Photo Polymer Stereos, Registration for Accurate Printing Suitable for Short Print Runs.
Hand Brake to Release the Eccentric Pressure Controlled Transfer of Ink.
Available to print - 2 colour / 4 colour.
