- Indexing - Single Track 4 head linear indexing. System consists of an indexing chain With al. blocks with grippers fitted on it at a distance of 75mm (suitable for Containers from 30 - 60mm Dia) 4 al. blocks will be indexed in one cycle.
- Filling - The filling system is based on the principle of positive suction & discharge. One 4 head SS Block (4 Inlet - 4 Outlet) Range (50-250ml Capacity) No Containers no fill system, machine stops in absence of container drive mechanism of the filling units is duly Synchronized with the movement of the indexing chain.
- MOC - Include all SS covers, all contact parts in SS 304 quality, VFD Drive (Delta Make), Bonfiglioli gear box, etc. FEEDING OF THE EMPTY CONTAINERS (4 AT A TIME) ON THE INDEXING CHAIN AND REMOVAL OF FILLED CONTAINERS TO BE DONE MANUALLY
OPTIONAL EQUIPMENTS:
- CAPPING - CAPS TO BE PLACED MANUALLY ON THE FILLED BOTTLES, ONLINE. The cap tightening unit consists of 4nos. continuously spinning collets (with Inner lining of PU rubber) having up & down travelling movement with a Provision to hold (grip) the containers during cap tightening operation (the Cap tightening head comes down).
- AUTOMATIC FEEDING SYSTEM FOR THE CONTAINERS consisting of a turntable, in feed conveyor, Pick & Place unit etc

- Available from varieties of Chromo Paper, Mirror Coat, (Cast coated) paper and synthetic material e.g. PE, PP, PVC, Polyester film etc.
